How it works
- Simply fill in your details below.
- You'll be sent a ticket number via email, please put that inside the box.
- Securely package your device and send it to the address listed here.
- We will diagnose and send you a quote to repair.
- You can approve or reject the quote.
- If you go ahead, you pay the repair cost + return postage, if not, you pay return postage + our $50 bench fee.
- Your device will be sent back once payment is received.
